Order Terms
An order is confirmed after Candy Land agrees to the design, size, flavour, price, required date, delivery or pickup details, and any required payment. Website prices marked as starting prices may change when you request a larger size or detailed customisation.
Colours and handmade decorations can vary slightly from reference photos. Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, cake messages, phone numbers, and delivery information before confirming the order.
Delivery timing depends on the confirmed area, date, and local conditions. Please provide a reachable phone number and someone to receive the order. Contact Candy Land as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Payment and preparation
Candy Land may require full or partial payment before purchasing special materials or beginning a personalised order. Preparation starts only after the agreed design, price, date, and payment status are confirmed. Payment-provider processing times and failed or incomplete payments do not reserve a delivery slot.
Storage, collection, and delivery handover
Follow any storage and serving guidance provided with the order. Customers arranging pickup should collect within the confirmed window. For delivery, the recipient must be reachable and able to accept the item safely. Additional travel or a second attempt may require a new delivery arrangement and charge.
