Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain perishable goods, such as cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods, are non-returnable due to their nature.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Refund Timeframe
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that if a payment was made without prior notification or confirmation from us, and a cancellation is requested, the processing time for the refund will be 7 days. Additionally, the transaction amount may be subject to deductions for processing fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain items, such as cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods, cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that once the product has been handed over to the delivery service, we are not responsible for any damages or issues that may occur during transit.
Refund Exclusions
Please be aware that any shipping costs incurred during the return process are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. Additionally, delivery charges are extra and must be discussed and agreed upon before placing an order.
